Join us at Hotel Sorrento for an intimate evening celebrating exceptional Italian wine and cuisine with a four-course dinner featuring selections from Vignalta, one of the Veneto region’s most respected producers.

For one evening, guests will gather inside one of our historic dining rooms as Executive Chef Paolo Pezzali presents a thoughtfully curated menu inspired by seasonal Italian tradition. Each course will be expertly paired with Vignalta wines chosen to highlight the flavors of the evening, creating a dining experience rooted in craftsmanship, balance, and conversation.

The menu will feature beautifully composed dishes including Casoncelli Alla Bergamasca, Ossobuco alla Milanese with saffron carnaroli risotto, and a sweet finish of ricotta frittelle with crema pasticcera and salted caramel grappa sauce.

Tickets include all courses and curated wine pairings. Seating is limited.
