FHIA Strategic Plan (2026-2031)

 
 

In April 2025, FHIA set out to create a roadmap to enhance First Hill through a process involving various stakeholders, including residents, businesses, the FHIA board and other local institutions. This strategic plan was developed to center on establishing a stronger sense of community, care and commerce, all in an attempt to cultivate a more welcoming neighborhood environment. Through this process 4 core priority areas were determined:

  1. Advocacy & Community Voice

  2. Organizational Infrastructure

  3. Clean, Healthy, & Safe Neighborhood

  4. Vibrant Local Economy
