Our wine dinner series continues at Hotel Sorrento with an evening dedicated to King Estate(opens in new window), the renowned Oregon winery celebrated for its commitment to organic farming and expressive, terroir-driven wines.
Set within the Fireside Room, this gathering brings together guests for a four-course dinner by Executive Chef Paolo Pezzali. The menu will follow the rhythm of the season, each course thoughtfully composed in conversation with the wines, highlighting their balance, depth, and character. Each pairing is designed to both complement and contrast, creating a dining experience that unfolds gradually, meant to be savored among good company and shared tables.
This evening offers something truly special. King Estate owner and winemaker Justin King will be joining us in person, guiding guests through the stories behind the winery and each pour. Throughout the night, he’ll also take up the guitar. Known for his talent as a musician, his performance brings a rare, personal energy that transforms the dinner into something beyond the traditional format.
