Anne McCullough is a community organizer specializing in community-based economic development. Anne's passion lies in facilitating creative strategies that incite community empowerment, activate public space and address social issues. In the professional fields of community development, urban planning and adventure travel, Anne has held several multifaceted roles, working in complex natural and urban environments.
Anne holds a Master's of Urban Planning and Development from Saint Louis University. She is a fellow of the Regional Arts Commission Community Arts and Training Institute. Anne enjoys photography, hot springs and hiking the outdoors. As a new resident to First Hill, Anne is looking forward to enjoying the autumn colors on First Hill's beautiful trees and exploring the neighborhood's parks and public spaces.
Doug Holtom is the Coordinator of the First Hill Improvement Association. He's interested in architecture, geography, urban agriculture, placemaking and land use.
Doug has an B.A. in Urban Design and Urban Planning and is also a member of the Swedish Medical Center Standing Advisory Committee. Doug has lived in First Hill with his dog for over five years and thinks that Freeway Park is the best park in Seattle. His hobbies include skiing, volunteering, exploring the public realm and travelling.
